SNOW ON REDSTONE VALLEY
Colorado. The snow started falling in the foothills southwest of Denver just before sunrise and the mild temperature (about 28?) and the absence of wind allowed the flakes to settle and stay on all the scrub oak branches and grasses, creating a magical appearance. The contrast with the bold, solid shapes and colors of the rock walls was dramatic. Prints nicely to 30 inches. Click on the image for a fuller view. nd 3:2
