HIGH SUMMER
Colorado. Spruce Creek leaves the cluster of four alpine lakes in a high cirque above timberline and makes its way down waterfalls and cascades to join the Blue River flowing north toward Breckenridge. Quandary Peak is the neighbor a half mile south. For a few months every summer serious hikers (and a few hardy photographers) venture up the steep trail to experience the magnificent landscape of water, rock and for a while, trees. Prints nicely to 36 inches on the long side. Click on the preview photo for a larger screen view. 3:2
