MAYFLOWER MINERS' CABIN
Colorado. The remnants of a late summer rain storm breaks up and the day slips toward sunset in this high valley north of Climax. A hundred years ago three or four cabins lined the south edge of the flats, bordering a small stream: now only one still has it walls and roof intact. Conditions are tough at more than 11,000' elevation. Prints nicely to 27- inches on the long dimension. Click on this preview image for a full screen view. nd
