SOL DUC RUNNEL
Washington. Along the northern edge of Washington state's Olympic Peninsula, the Sol Duc river is fed by dozens of small runnels like this one as it makes its way out of the temperate rain forest. Rain was falling when this scene was captured in a minute-long exposure an hour before the October sunset. Prints nicely to 36" on the long side.
