DOGWOOD HOMESTEAD

Tennessee. In the mountains a few miles from Gatlinburg a number of early settlers homes have been preserved in their rustic settings. On the edge of the woods you can see the rail fence which kept their livestock nearby and not wandering off to get lost or injured. The cabin and small barn reveal something of the life they led.
