SAGUARO STUDY #1

Arizona. In southern Arizona Saguaro National Park occupies two separate locations -- one, northwest of Tucson, the other southeast of the city. Both feature the indigenous flora and fauna of the desert, and the towering saguaro cacti are iconic. For this photo I chose to home in on a closer look, focusing on the details that are so distinctive. This one is from my Box Mount Series, prepared without matting, glass or frame, in a modern presentation that works in many settings.
